Our Tagzyme is an enzymatic system for the affinity purification of recombinant proteins using his-tags & tag removal that combines a dipeptidase (DAPase) for exoproteolytic cleavage from the N-terminus and where required, uses two accessory aminopeptidases (Qcyclase & pGAPase) for the complete removal of the his-tag. Our Dapase is a recombinant dipeptidyl peptidase I that cleaves dipeptides sequentially from the N-terminus of peptides and proteins.
