The HelicotecUT® test gel detects pH change & changes color resulting from the breakdown of urea by urease into ammonia. The HelicotecUT® plus test paper detects pH change & changes color resulting from the breakdown of urea by urease into ammonia. Our 6X DNA loading buffer is used to prepare DNA samples for loading on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. The buffer solution contains three dyes, bromophenol blue, xylene cyanol & orangeG, for visual tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis.
