The Discovery Screen is a multi-step process, using the patented HSC™ Technology, performed upon the completion of the Initial Screen. During the Discovery Screen we analyze numerous variations of the nine most promising additives in solution with respect to concentration and composition. As part of the Discovery Screen, a calorimetric analysis of the protein in the various solutions is performed to ensure that the protein has not lost its structure while in solution.
