The NZYDNA ladder I is a ready-to-use molecular weight marker, specially designed for easy quantification and size determination. It produces a pattern of 6 regularly spaced bands, ranging from 200 to 1800 bp. When using the standard loading of 5 μl per lane (450 ng of DNA), each band corresponds to a precise quantity of DNA. The NZYDNAChange polymerase is a recombinant highly efficient thermostable DNA polymerase purified from escherichia coli. It is highly efficient in the amplification of longer PCR products and the recommended polymerase for protocols of DNA mutagenesis. The error rate of NZYDNAChange is similar to that of Pfu and Kod DNA polymerases & is significantly lower than the error rate of Taq DNA polymerases. It generates blunt-ended polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products that are suitable for cloning with NZYTech's NZYPCR cloning kit.
