Our acetone powders & extracts include rabbit thymus acetone, rabbit brain acetone, bovine pituitary, rabbit muscle acetone, rabbit brain cephalin, rabbit cephalin extract lyophilized and rat kidney lyophilized powder. Rabbit thymus extract is prepared from rabbit thymus acetone powder in 0.01 M PBS (phosphate buffered saline). Cholesterol-free rabbit brain acetone powder is extracted with chloroform and allowed to dry. The remaining residue is re-suspended in 0.85% saline solution, crudely filtered, and frozen at -20°C. Recombinant rabbit tissue factor is supplied as a ~46Kd molecule. This appoprotein contains extra cellular and transmembrane domains of the tissue factor, plus an amino terminal leader sequence consisting of several domains which aid in expression & purification. The recombinant rabbit tissue factor is supplied in 0.01M CHAPS, 0.5M NaCl, and 0.2 M imidazole & 0.02M Tris-HCl, pH 7.9. This protein is shipped without added preservatives.
