Profile: Mycogen Seeds provides seeds for agriculture. We produce market and sell hybrid seed corn. In addition, we also market & sell sorghum, sunflower, soybean, alfalfa and canola. Our herbicide Pendimax® 3.3 is a soil-applied option for control of tough grasses, without the need for incorporation. It contains the active ingredient named pendimethalin. Our product sonalan® HFP herbicide is a broad-spectrum, foundation herbicide that provides cost-effective control of some of the toughest annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in a variety of crops. We provide cobalt™ insecticide which delivers consistent, broad-spectrum insect control in alfalfa, Brussels sprouts, corn, cotton, soybeans, sunflowers, tree nuts (almonds, filberts, pecans, walnuts) and wheat crops. Herbicide treflan® TR-10 is a granular formulation of the well-known treflan herbicide. It has activity on annual grasses in cropland and some broadleaf weeds such as redroot pigweed. It saves labor and trips to the field since water is not required.
