When a sample is added, SensiMedia (SM) is placed into a loading slot and test switch is pressed. Biomatic® 20 starts incubating the test tube & monitor CO₂ sensor and the presence of micro-organisms are detected automatically. The system verifies for the negative or positive result in each minute so that real time testing can be performed. Number of micro-organisms in a sample is determined by using a graph by reading the number corresponding to the measured time. It is easy-to-use, fully automated and features automatic alert and rapid detection. Our technology is reliable to detect even very low-level microbial contamination so that it is useful as a QC tool in a manufacturing plant or in an analytical laboratory in industry & medical field.
