Profile: MedArray, Inc. offers gas transfer membranes for liquid contacting and gas separation processes. Our PermSelect® silicone membrane modules use silicone hollow fibers with gas transfer properties. Silicone is dense and liquids cannot transfer through the membrane. This dense membrane provides a means for separating gases due to the permeability difference between gases, and more specifically as provided by the separation factor. Our membrane modules provide a radial flow design through a densely packed bundle of uniformly spaced apart hollow fibers. It is used in removing oxygen & carbon dioxide from water, de-gassing low surface tension liquids, and in nitrogenation.
