Profile: Genoscreen develops and performs services in genomics for laboratories working on all kind of genomes. Genomes sequencing is proposed for all kind of organisms such as bacteria, parasites, mold, yeasts, fungi, virus and plants. We propose the sequencing of the genomic DNA by sanger sequencing and/or NGS ; complemented with bioinformatics analysis (if required). We offer a broad range of genotyping technologies. The high throughput sequencing of the transcriptome, using analysis of full transcripts, enables quantitative detection of present messengers, the eventual new messengers, as well as non-conding RNAs.
