Our maximo taq DNA polymerase is used for standard/general polymerase chain reaction (PCR), primer extension, gene mutation and T/A cloning procedures. It is a thermostable DNA polymerase. The enzyme consists of a single polypeptide with a molecular weight of 94 kD. Our T4 DNA ligase catalyzes the formation of phosphodiester bonds. It is used for joining linkers & adapters to blunt-ended DNA, cloning of restriction fragments and for gene fragment synthesis. Our lightcycler capillaries are made of optical polycarbonate. We also offer spectralphotometer, which is used to detect the lowest amounts of DNA, RNA and protein. It is pre-programmed for 4 methods of quantification.
