We develop genotyping assay with a Radiance genotyping package. The Radiance genotyping package includes the production of synthetic target sequence templates representing each of the variants for the genotyping project, measurement of the actual probe melting temperatures for the relevant variants, where applicable, and determination of the limits of detection for genotype ratios. Genotyping is ideally suited for multiplex reactions. Real time PCR with probes allows accurate quantification of samples over six orders of magnitude. With the radiance quantification package, we can do all the development work to get the assay up and running.
