Our enzyme adjuzyme® is a liquid saccharifying amylase derived from Aspergillus niger for production of fermentable sugars. Our cookerzyme® is a bacterial enzyme system derived from Bacillus subtilis for the rapid hydrolysis of starch adjuncts. It is available as a powder or liquid.
