Big Shot III™ hybridization oven is designed to provide rapid heat-up, temperature stability and efficient mixing for all types of hybridization & incubation applications. The Big Shot III™ unit is stackable and is provided with a reversible door. Additional features include a digital timer that is fully programmable up to 99 hours/59 minutes, an adjustable safety cut-out as well as a removable drip tray for easy clean-up. Each Big Shot III™ hybridization oven is provided with a standard carousel which holds up to ten 35 x 300 mm bottles or twenty 35 x 150 mm bottles. We offer a wide variety of dry bath incubators designed to accommodate an assortment of interchangeable heating block modules. These products are ideal for a variety of applications including restriction digests, C.O.D. denaturing DNA, BUN, melting agar, coagulation studies, in situ hybridization and hot start PCR. Digital baths are available in two and four block capacities. All digital dry baths incorporate a proportional integrative derivative (PID) controller for easy temperature selection, rapid heat-up and stability. Temperature can be set in 0.1°C increments up to 120°C. Our aspirating pump is an ideal tool for the laboratory with many applications such as aspirating solvents from rotary evaporators, aspirating water from gel dryers, or from filtration apparatus. The unit has a 10 liter polypropylene reservoir to hold waste liquids. The unit does not require pump oil or fluids to replace or to dispose.
