Our ASM-800 DNA synthesizer is a high-efficient instrument for use in a wide field of research. The instrument allows efficient synthesis of standard and degenerate DNA, RNA, DNA-RNA chimeras, phosphorothioate DNA & DNA containing various groups. Eight different oligonucleotides are simultaneously synthesized for 3.5 hours on eight columns. The instrument is successfully used for the synthesis of oligonucleotides with the length up to 250 nt. It ensures the extremely economical consumption of reagents and solvents.
