Profile: Avecia OligoMedicines Inc. is an oligonucleotide contract manufacturing organization. We are involved in the manufacture of DNA medicines, biopharmaceutical products, biologics and bio-defence vaccines. We mainly focus on the manufacture and the provision of GMP services to developers of oligonucleotide medicines. We are committed to set new standards in the development, manufacture and analysis of therapeutic oligonucleotide APIs. Having manufactured over 1000 different sequences, we have experience with all types of oligonucleotide classes including siRNA, aptamers, chimeras, molecular decoys and DNA. We have performed process validation for multiple oligonucleotides and our FDA-registered facility, has manufacturing capability to produce API for the pre-clinical, clinical, and launched product markets. Our installed production capacity is able to produce oligonucleotide volumes that range from single grams up to 100s of kilograms. We have experience in the technology transfer of analytical methods and support of CMC/DMF submissions.
