The products that we manufacture are animal and human sera, classical media for mammalian cells, classical media for insect cells, specialty media, custom media, balanced salts, media supplements, biological buffers, cell dissociation reagents, cryopreservation media, cell separation media & cytokines. Our human sera contribute to the nourishment of cultured cell lines. Some human cell lines require the addition of human serum. We offer both human serum and normal human serum. Our balanced salts are a combination of inorganic salts and frequently use carbohydrate as an energy source. Balanced salt solutions are generally used as a cell rinsing solution and for short term maintenance of mammalian cells, while the cells are manipulated outside of their regular growth environment. These solutions provide cells with the proper osmotic pressure and protect them from sharp pH fluctuations during laboratory manipulations. Balanced salts solutions supplemented with calcium and magnesium salts are commonly used to wash and re-suspend cells during the dissociation process.
