Our human molecular analysis services include genotyping, LOH/DNA copy number studies, molecular karyotyping, gene expression analysis, microRNA expression profiling and methylation studies. We also offer services that include molecular infectious disease testing, TumorCheck™ tumor tissue characterization and StemCheck™ stem cell line characterization. Our BovineSNP50 genotyping beadchip is a multi-sample array which contains more than 54,000 SNPs evenly distributed across the whole genome, and these markers will facilitate mapping studies for quantitative trait loci associated with better meat quality, milk production & quality.
